What’s Good About Xiom Aria

It is another cost-effective table tennis blade from Xiom (around 40- 50 $USD). It is regarded as the fastest among the Novus Wood series. Given that the paddle is made of pure wood, it is relatively easy to control than carbon composite blades. At the same time, it still offers you a reasonably decent fast speed (slightly faster than Butterfly Korbel with a softer touch).

Regarding spin support, it features a pretty impressive topspin loop with decent dwell time and gears. So it performs both slow and fast loop without any problems. Besides, it offers you a relatively low rebound angle, which is very handy for topspin drive.

This blade offers you quite a good bounce with minimum effort and technique in terms of the block.

Overall, it is an excellent offensive table tennis blade from Xiom. It is suitable for short to medium distance play style. Recommended for intermediate to high-level players

Accelerated speed from very thick construction with superb feel Kiso Hinoki and energy-efficient ENERGY CARBON. You can feel the destructive power even from a far distance topspin attack. Counter topspin attack in continuous rally tops your opponent.
ENERGY CARBON Innovated from old X-Carbon delivers the soft and clear feel at impact to help your control in continuous topspins. Attacking a ball heavily weighted by incredible speed and super spin is extremely destructive. Combined with the soft European OMEGAs or ZETA, AXELO exceeds any competing peers in offensiveness.

Knowing More About Xiom Axelo

It is one of the best offensive table tennis blades from Xiom.

Even though Xiom Axelo is perfect for aggressive playstyle, this blade is quite handy overall. It features splendid control for the short ball, spin ball, and smashes.

This blade allows you to produce a crazy amount of topspin drive with a relatively low throw angle combined with a spinny offensive rubber-like Xiom Omega.

Surprisingly, it is also exceptionally great for blocking. It allows you to block various kinds of attacks. Since this is a very powerful blade, it is also possible to use its monstrous power to overkill your opponent’s heavy spin.

The most attractive feature comes with its fast speed. Its speed is significantly ahead of Primorac carbon and possibly on par with Sardius from Butterfly.

Given that Xiom has been well known for one of the most cost-effective brands, this high-end blade’s price is relatively low. It is significantly cheaper than other high-end blades from big Japanese brands like Butterfly or Nittaku.

However, this blade is arguably too fast for some all-round players. If you are an aggressive attacker who loves a fast carbon blade with a comparatively low budget, this may be the right choice for you.

XIOM Strato Novus Hinoki Carbon OFF++ Table Tennis Ping Pong Racket

– Improved Hinoki-Carbon blade of 7.0 mm thickness

– High power, comfortable feel, and all-round capability

The basic construction of STRATO is based on Xiom’s classic carbon blades, such as SPEED OFF++ and POWER OFF+. The replacement of older carbon with newly developed ENERGY CARBON realized another level of performance and feel.

Improved efficiency of energy due to the lower damping of new material makes more powerful strokes. Further, it gives improved control. KISO HINOKI of improved quality is used as top layers and provides a very comfortable and mild feel.

This improvement gives STRATO the ability of all-round play though it is a quick blade. Topspin is more stable than players expect and draws a very sharp trajectory with reasonable control. If a player can be once accustomed to the high speed, he/she will be able to perform every technique with ease.

Know More About Xiom Strato

Even though the handle is very thick (some players may feel uncomfortable holding it), this is an excellent table tennis blade from Xiom.

It offers you the right balance between decent speed, monstrous spin, and fine control. Even though it is designed for offensive style, it is also suitable for an all-around player short to mid-distance play. Physically, its head shape is a bit faster and wider than other ordinary blades, but this point is negligible.

Regarding speed, it performs relatively impressive with many gears when compared to other carbon blades. The spin is, however, the real killer. It enables you to generate excellent topspin ball with relatively less effort, especially when combines with the spinny rubber-like Nittaku Narucross Ex soft, or Butterfly Spin Art.

Regarding the price, this blade is another cost-effective one from Xiom (around 60 -100 $USD). It is highly recommended for intermediate to high-level players.
